Funky Flamingo History

The Funky Flamingo project was set up and is facilitated
by Inspire, an arts development company which runs an
Arts and Disability service for Cambridgeshire and
Peterborough.

The first Funky Flamingo
Club night was held at The
Junction in Cambridge on
Wednesday 17th April
2002 and we sold around
500 tickets! Click on the

History

Inspire was established
1986 and is both a
registered charity and a
company limited by
guarantee. We moved to
Peterborough Arts Centre in
1990 and to Wysing Arts
Centre in 1997. Our current
base is in Milton.
